All the flavor. None of the caffeine. Flavorful Bliss Peru Decaf is a single origin medium roast decaf from the high-altitude growing regions of Piura and Amazonas, Peru — the same exceptional Norandino cooperative coffee you love, decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process for a 99.9% caffeine-free cup that sacrifices absolutely nothing in flavor, complexity, or quality.

Grown by the Cooperativa Agrícola de Servicios Norandino at 1,100–1,700 meters above sea level in mineral-rich clay soil, gully washed and sun-dried to preserve the bean's natural sweetness and clarity, then decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process — a 100% chemical-free method that uses only water, time, and activated carbon filters to remove caffeine while preserving the full flavor profile of the original bean.

Tasting Notes: Caramel · Smooth · Citrus

The result is a decaf that actually tastes like great coffee. Warm caramel sweetness, a silky smooth body, and a bright citrus finish — all the complexity and satisfaction of a premium single origin, without a trace of caffeine to keep you up at night.

Brewing Guide: Brews beautifully in any method — drip, pour-over, French press, or espresso. For the smoothest, most caramel-forward cup, try a French press with a 4-minute steep. As a decaf espresso, the caramel and citrus notes become beautifully concentrated for a rich, satisfying after-dinner shot. Also exceptional as cold brew for a naturally sweet, caffeine-free concentrate.

Great coffee. No caffeine. No compromise. The decaf that finally lives up to the name. Pure bliss.
