Transport yourself to the misty volcanic highlands of the Island of the Gods with every cup of our Bali Blue Single-Origin Coffee. Sourced from smallholder farmers in Kintamani, Bali — one of Indonesia's most celebrated and breathtaking coffee-growing regions — this medium-dark roast is a bold, rich, and deeply memorable experience.

Grown at elevations of 1,200–1,600 meters on the fertile volcanic loam slopes surrounding Bali's sacred Mount Batur, the Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varieties develop an extraordinary depth of flavor. Each cherry is hand-picked with care and then processed using the traditional Indonesian wet-hull method (Giling Basah) — a unique technique where beans are hulled at high moisture content before being dried on raised beds. This distinctive process is what gives Bali Blue its signature bold body, low acidity, and intensely rich flavor profile.

The result is a cup that is dark, complex, and utterly indulgent: deep dark chocolate on the front, a rich molasses sweetness in the middle, and a warm brown sugar finish that lingers beautifully. It's a coffee that commands attention — bold enough to stand up to milk, yet complex enough to be savored black.

Available in coarse, standard, espresso, or whole bean grind, in sizes from 12oz to 12 LB. Once you experience Bali Blue, you'll understand why Indonesian coffees have captivated the world.

Brewing Guide

Bali Blue's bold, full-bodied character shines with brewing methods that highlight its rich depth. Here's how to get the most from every cup:

☕ Drip / Pour Over
Ratio: 1:15 (1g coffee per 15g water) | Water Temp: 200°F (93°C) | Brew Time: 3–4 min
A slightly stronger ratio brings out the dark chocolate richness and molasses depth beautifully. Clean and bold with a satisfying finish.

🫖 French Press
Ratio: 1:14 | Water Temp: 200°F (93°C) | Brew Time: 4 min
Use a coarse grind. The full-immersion method is a perfect match for Bali Blue — producing a thick, velvety, intensely rich brew that showcases every layer of dark chocolate and brown sugar.

⚡ Espresso
Ratio: 1:2 (18g in / 36g out) | Water Temp: 200°F (93°C) | Brew Time: 25–30 sec
A powerhouse shot — dark, syrupy, and deeply chocolatey with a molasses sweetness that makes it exceptional as a standalone or as the base for bold milk drinks.

🧊 Cold Brew
Ratio: 1:7 | Steep Time: 18–20 hours in the refrigerator
Use a coarse grind. Bali Blue makes an extraordinary cold brew — intensely rich, naturally sweet, and loaded with dark chocolate and molasses character. A true indulgence over ice.

Pro Tip: The wet-hull process gives Bali Blue a naturally low acidity and heavy body that pairs beautifully with milk and cream. Try it as a café au lait or with a splash of oat milk for an indulgent treat.
