Costa Rica
Bright, sweet, and utterly refreshing — our Costa Rica Single-Origin Coffee is a cup that captures the pure, clean spirit of one of the world's most respected coffee-producing nations. Sourced from dedicated micro farms in Alajuela, nestled in the lush volcanic highlands of Costa Rica, this medium roast is a celebration of precision farming and exceptional flavor.
Grown at elevations of 1,300–1,445 meters in rich volcanic loam soil, the Caturra and Catuai varieties thrive in Alajuela's ideal microclimate, developing a flavor profile that is both elegant and inviting. Each sip reveals layers of crisp sweet apple, plump raisin, and golden honey — a naturally sweet, fruit-forward cup with a smooth, clean finish that's impossible not to love.
What makes this coffee truly special is its eco-pulped process — a sustainable, water-efficient method that removes the fruit skin while retaining some of the natural mucilage before sun drying. The result is a cup that sits beautifully between a washed and natural coffee: clean and bright, yet with a luscious sweetness and body that sets it apart.
Available in coarse, standard, espresso, or whole bean grind, in sizes from 12oz to 12 LB. A coffee this good deserves a permanent spot in your rotation.

Brewing Guide
Costa Rica's clean, sweet profile is wonderfully versatile. Here's how to brew it at its best:
☕ Pour Over / Drip
Ratio: 1:16 (1g coffee per 16g water) | Water Temp: 200°F (93°C) | Brew Time: 3–4 min
The ideal method to highlight the crisp apple brightness and honey sweetness. Clean, transparent, and beautifully balanced.
🫖 French Press
Ratio: 1:15 | Water Temp: 200°F (93°C) | Brew Time: 4 min
Use a coarse grind. Produces a fuller-bodied cup that deepens the raisin and honey notes with a velvety, satisfying finish.
⚡ Espresso
Ratio: 1:2 (18g in / 36g out) | Water Temp: 198°F (92°C) | Brew Time: 25–30 sec
A sweet, fruit-kissed shot with a smooth honey finish — exceptional on its own or as a naturally sweet base for lattes.
🧊 Cold Brew
Ratio: 1:8 | Steep Time: 16–18 hours in the refrigerator
Use a coarse grind. Produces a silky, naturally sweet concentrate with a refreshing apple and honey character — perfect over ice on a warm day.
Pro Tip: Costa Rica's eco-pulped process gives this coffee a naturally sweet, clean profile that shines at any roast temperature. Try it black first — you may not need anything else.
