Unlock the full character of your Mexico coffee with these recommended brewing methods:
☕ Drip / Pour Over
Ratio: 1:16 (1g coffee per 16g water) | Water Temp: 195–200°F (90–93°C) | Brew Time: 3–4 min
The ideal method to highlight the bright green apple acidity and smooth chocolate finish.
🫖 French Press
Ratio: 1:15 | Water Temp: 195°F (90°C) | Brew Time: 4 min
Use a coarse grind. Produces a full-bodied, warming cup that brings out the cinnamon and chocolate notes beautifully.
⚡ Espresso
Ratio: 1:2 (18g in / 36g out) | Water Temp: 197°F (92°C) | Brew Time: 25–30 sec
A smooth, chocolatey shot with a subtle sweetness — excellent as a standalone or paired with steamed milk.
🧊 Cold Brew
Ratio: 1:8 | Steep Time: 16–18 hours in the refrigerator
Use a coarse grind. The result is a silky, lightly sweet concentrate with a refreshing hint of apple and chocolate.
Pro Tip: Mexico's medium roast shines brightest when brewed fresh. Grind just before brewing and store beans in an airtight container away from heat and light.
